    Process Engineer
    • Term: Full-Time
    • Duration: Permanent
    • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
    • Start date: ASAP

    Job responsibilities

    1. Support in process design conceptualisation, work with clients, vendors and other relevant stakeholders;
    2. Perform simulations on process softwares;
    3. Generate process design, process flow (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
    4. Review and walk down P& IDs for process equipment and utilities;
    5. Perform process improvement and troubleshooting, plant start-up and safety reviews for chemical processes.
    6. Conduct process calculations to develop equipment/component specifications for different processes;
    7. Support new equipment installation, equipment modifications and commissioning.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent
    2. Minimum of 3 years of process engineering experience.
    3. Ability to collaborate and lead a team against tight project timelines.
    4. Takes ownership of assignments, and can work both independently and as part of the team.
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
    6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    7. Willing to travel for project durations.
    Intern
    • Term: Full-time
    • Duration: Temporary (Possibility to convert into Full-time)
    • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
    • Start date: ASAP

    Job responsibilities

    1. Assist in the collection and analysis of process data from client operations.
    2. Support the development of mass and energy balances.
    3. Contribute to the creation and revision of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
    4. Assist in the specification of equipment and instrumentation for process systems.
    5. Conduct literature and technical research on emerging technologies, process safety, and industry standards.
    6. Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports.
    7. Participate in safety reviews and apply relevant regulatory standards.
    8. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project deliverables.
    9. Participate in site visits to support process audits, data collection, and project implementation (as applicable).

    Required qualification

    1. B.Tech (preferably Chemical Engineering) / B.Sc (preferably Chemistry) – Completed 3rd year / in 8th semester / Completed Engineering – Trainee.
    2. Should be well-versed with MS Office.
